General Agreement

Releum Productions (hereafter referred to as Releum, we, us, or our) creates various content in the form of live streaming, video uploads, original music, merchandise, paid materials, and more.

The Policies & Guidelines are in place for all users’ (referred to as the user or you) for facilitation of safe enjoyment, participation, & usage of Releum’s content, services, & websites.

The Policies & Guidelines may change without notice with revisions applying upon publishing. Announcements shall be made via our website & via email to applicable users with email contact method.

By using our services & website, you agree to the Policies & Guidelines as listed. Thank you for supporting Releum.

Privacy Policy

Releum understands & values the privacy of our users, staff members, & talents. As such, any information provided to Releum shall be managed per this policy.

  • Only voluntarily provided personal information is collected & retained. This may include but is not limited to member registration, production purchase, contest entry, & other related form details.

  • Data necessary to facilitate payment transactions, including credit card, billing, & shipping information.

  • Security codes associated with 3rd-party payment methods such as Shopify. When using 3rd-party payment methods, please refer to their separate privacy policy.

  • Cookies & other browser tracking technologies to gather & retain information while using our website.

  • Any other information provided by users.

Releum may use information collected for the following:

  • Notification & delivery of contest or sweepstakes prizes/winnings.

  • Notification of site operations.

  • Statistical analysis & development of new services.

  • Delivery of personalized displays suited to the usage & preferences of each user.

Releum may share information with 3rd parties that require access to such information to provide services for Releum or on Releum’s behalf.

3rd parties may include but are not limited to agents, contractors, & service providers. All 3rd party organizations shall abide by the following guidelines:

  • 3rd parties shall not action upon provided information unless instructed by Releum.

  • 3rd parties shall not share provided information with any further 3rd party organizations.

  • 3rd parties shall commit to protect provided information and retain only for the instruction period.

Minor Policy

For their personal safety & security & others', minors should observe the following guidelines.

Please also be mindful to ensure time spent accessing Releum’s content does not interfere offline responsibilities.

Releum requests that minors acquire parental or guardian consent before participating in any of our content, paid or otherwise.

There are various avenues and methods such as “Superchat”, “Membership”, “Bits”, “Subscriptions”, etc in which users may participate in Releum’s paid content.

We request that minors obtain parental consent, understanding, & assistance in purchasing our paid content.

Never use a parent’s credit card or another payment method without explicit permission.

Derivative Works Policy

Releum appreciates the care & love given to our talents & their work. We hope to grow the current culture of fan creation in a healthy manner. We have compiled a series of guidelines for the purpose of facilitating the creation of derivative works. We ask for your cooperation & understanding in regards to these guidelines.

Content criteria that Releum may find unsuitable includes, but is not limited to, those listed below.

  • Works that the talents may find unpleasant and distasteful.

  • Works that damage the image of Releum Production, our talents, or content.

  • False representation as official materials. 

  • Infringement upon any 3rd party rights.

  • Politically, religiously, or otherwise charged derivative works.

Please utilize distribution methods to ensure that only adults may access adult-oriented works.

Clipper Policy

Releum encourages the production & sharing of our content through clipping. We will not interfere in monetization of clipping channels for any video sharing sites nor request any portion of the ad revenue, etc., with the condition that the terms of service of the hosting site, guidelines of relevant 3rd parties, & those outlined below are adhered to, and no IP nor copyright is infringed upon.

  • Please list the title & URL of the source stream(s) at the beginning of the clip’s description.

  • Do not upload any clips before a stream is finished & the VOD made public.

  • Do not register any clip content with Content ID, or any other automated copyright detection system, as your own work.

  • Please ensure any 3rd party content & rights are not infringed upon if featured in a Releum-centric clip. 

  • We do not allow paid content (i.e. membership streams, paid concerts portions, etc.) to be clipped or shared. 

  • We may take down clips based on content, thumbnails, titles, etc.

Clipper Channel Registration System

All individuals & channels involved in the production of clips featuring our talents and content may register their channels under our clipper program.

  • We will contact those registered when any changes are made to our clipping guidelines.

  • We will also use the provided information to contact you when a clip is deemed unsuitable, allowing for voluntary deletion of the material before takedown measures are initiated.  

  • We may revoke your registration with the program if the clips and content produced are deemed unsuitable. 

  • We may take down clips before contacting you if the clips are deemed unsuitable.

  • We will attempt to give 3 days notice before any take down measures are initiated.

Merchandise Policy

For prevention of confusion between official & derivative merchandise, you may not directly use artworks or images belonging to Releum. Additionally, please state that your merchandise is derivative. 

  • Only individuals & small groups of individuals that are independent are allowed to produce derivative merchandise. Fans are not allowed to produce merchandise under a business, corporate identity, or company. 

  • The creation & sales of derivative works must not be done for excess commercial profit. Excess infringement & production may incur legal disputes from Releum. Please stay within the scope of fan activities. 

  • Releum retains the IP & copyright to their materials.

  • These guidelines do not imply all legal liability & are subject to change at any time. 

  • Releum is not responsible if any derivative work causes disputes with a 3rd party.
